‘Rahu Ketu’ is an upcoming Bollywood comedy releasing on January 16, 2026, and reunites the much-loved comic pairing of Pulkit Samrat and Varun Sharma.
Known for their chemistry in ‘Fukrey’, the duo teams up again for a story that mixes modern life with mythological chaos.

In Rahu Ketu, the two play everyday guys whose lives take a wild turn after they cross paths with a mysterious stranger. From that moment onward, they are pulled into a strange chain of events that connects them to the myth of the shadow planets Rahu and Ketu.

Instead of treating mythology seriously, the film uses it as a playful setup.
‘Rahu Ketu’ blends folklore with present-day humour as the two leads try to figure out why bad luck, strange coincidences and cosmic confusion keep following them. Their journey becomes a mix of slapstick comedy, buddy-banter and unexpected twists that push them further into trouble.

The film also stars Shalini Pandey in a key role, along with Piyush Mishra, Chunky Pandey, and Amit Sial, who add more energy to the ensemble.
Directed by Vipul Vig, Rahu Ketu promises an easygoing entertainer that doesn’t take itself too seriously. The teaser hints at colourful visuals, quirky characters and a storyline that moves fast and stays light.
